Helen initially qualified as a teacher, taking her first job at a school in Kenya before returning to the UK after three years, where she decided to move into the commercial world.

Having held a number of senior positions in both Blue Chip and SME companies leading highly successful teams, Helen has built a reputation for innovation, branding and strategic expertise, and is now a Director at The Royal Mint developing new and diverse business opportunities, as well as running her own mentoring business specialising in start up and early stage companies.
