Born in Swansea, Dawn gained a BSc in Mathematics at the University of Bristol and decided to remain in Bristol after graduating. Shortly after graduation Dawn began working for Mitie Waste and Environmental as a Data Analyst and has remained with the company for 12 years progressing her career and improving her Data Analyst skills.

After her eldest son started school 6 years ago, Dawn joined the Fonthill Primary Academy local governing board and has been Chair of the governing board for 2 years bringing her experience of data analysis to the board. After experiencing the merger to TiLA, Dawn became a Director of TiLA and will be bringing her analytical thinking along with a great understanding of sustainability from experience in the waste and environmental industry.
